We do not perceive any defect in our products due strict quality control. Any un-expected product with manufacturers defect can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.

New replacement will be sent with free of shipping cost. Solar Bulbs warranty is limited to manufacturers defects only.

Burning out the bulbs by misuse like using other than 12 V battery supply (Max 14V), or directly connecting to solar panels will make the warranty invalid.

Warranty period is one year. Our products are generally free of defects. We observe strict quality control. If the customer finds any defect during the warranty period then the customer will send the product to New Delhi office by post with the receipt or Warranty card for free repair. After receiving the product it will be examined for the defect then it will be repaired and reconditioned then sent to the customer by post. Servicing will be free of charge provided no there is mishandling by customers. Incase where Andslite have local service centers like Patna customers can avail free service from there. We are expected to have service centers all over India soon.
